These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deepiqs website and industrial DataOps platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You may use Deepiqs services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Intellectual Property

The Deepiqs platform, website content, logos, and technology are owned by Deepiqs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data processed through the platform.

Data Ownership

Deepiqs maintains separation between control plane and data plane. You retain complete ownership of your industrial data. We process data solely to provide the services described in our agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepiqs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by contacting us.
